Infrastructure Political Activities Continue

Despite a deadline of September 27 to pass the IIJA, disagreements between key groups within Congress resulted in no concrete decisions or actions on infrastructure spending last week. With the quantity of critical topics requiring congressional action mounting, the timing remains very uncertain at this point. However, leaders in both the Senate and the House of Representatives are seeking action within a month’s time.
